For customization of layout for options Calculating totals, minimum, maximum and average cells in wpDataTables you can use this selectors:

.wdt-sum-cell,  /* for totals  */
.wdt-avg-cell,  /* for average */
.wdt-min-cell,  /* for minimum */
.wdt-max-cell,  /* for maximum */
